The County formally kicked off the Land Use Code Rewrite project with consultant firm Logan Simpson on January 31st, 2022 with an internal administrative planning session. The Logan Simpson team is now finalizing the project management plan, schedule, and engagement roll-out. The current project forecast aims to have the fully updated code approved and adopted by late 2023. The public-facing work for the 2-year-long initiative will start in February with a variety of input events and activities planned - stay tuned here for details!
